HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Mortgage advice and brokerage is free in the Czech Republic. We are paid commission by the banks so not only is it in our best interest to find you the best deal, but it’s all free for you so you can put your money where it matters: into your new property!
Our mortgage advisory service is a simple five-step process:
Meet
An initial meeting where we would get to know you, what you desire in a property, and start discussing your ideal financing options.
Mortgage Offers
We would then contact the banks on your behalf to collect the best offers, which we would present to you on a second meeting and discuss potential next steps.
Banks Valuation
To prevent paying more than a fair price, you should know the bank’s opinion on the price before signing the reservation contract so there are no surprises afterwards.
Legal Check
To make sure the reservation contract is fair for both parties and the property doesn’t have any hidden defects.
Purchasing
We accompany you to the final meeting with the seller where you would sign the contracts so we can translate if needed, and also ensure everything runs smoothly.
It’s important to note we are regulated by the Czech National Bank, and supervised by Fingo.
